Job Description

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor (QS) to handle project costing, tendering, and contract administration for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare cost estimates and BOQ
  • Perform quantity take-off from drawings
  • Handle tendering and subcontractor quotations
  • Monitor project costs and budget
  • Prepare progress claims and final accounts
  • Manage variation orders (VO) and claims
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Knowledge of construction costing and contracts
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel
