In your role as a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for taking off quantities from tender submissions and ongoing civil projects. You'll ensure the accuracy of drawings and maintain a complete set of contract documents for effective project management. Contract administration duties will include evaluating variations and completing various tasks as delegated by the Contract Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute quantity take-offs for tenders and current civil projects
• Update and track drawing revisions for timely updates
• Ensure proper contract documentation is maintained
• Administer contracts including valuations of variations
