Quantity Surveyor

This is a well-established commercial construction company have a full work pipeline ahead of them. They are built on strong values and see their people as critical to the success of the business and performance on projects. Most of their projects are between the $5M - $40M contract value mark but with some exceptions. They have plenty of progression opportunities and offer a dynamic and social culture to work within.

Due to strong growth and a secure pipeline, they are now looking to bring on an Intermediate/Senior QS.

Your role will largely involve job management, subcontractor management, budget/variation management, final account work in terms of cost reporting and reconciliations. Also included is some estimating and tendering work.

This role would suit an applicant with at least 6+ years of commercial main contractor QS experience, including any design and build experience and with relevant tertiary qualifications. You are a natural communicator and ...
