The Role

This is an opportunity to step into a role where you’ll work directly with private clients, architects, and specialist contractors on bespoke new-build and refurbishment projects. You'll be involved throughout the full lifecycle, from early-stage cost planning to final account, with the backing of a global business and the autonomy of a specialist team.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services
  • Prepare cost plans, tender packages, and procurement advice
  • Administer JCT and bespoke client contracts
