The Role We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial management of planned maintenance and void refurbishment programmes within the social housing sector.
This role is focused on Schedule of Rates (SOR) contracts and involves surveying, scoping, measuring, valuing, and commercially managing works across live maintenance frameworks.
