Quantity Surveyor

This is an exciting opportunity to join Kar Seng Construction Pte Ltd as a Quantity Surveyor. As a key member of our Construction team, you will be responsible for providing cost management and quantity surveying expertise to deliver complex construction projects within budget and to the highest standard.

• Preparing cost estimates and quantity take off for tender.
• Negotiating and reviewing subcontractor quotations and contracts.
• Monitoring project costs and budgets, and providing regular reporting.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claim and variation order to client.
• Identify variation works and compile supporting documents.
• Prepare payment certificate and verify claims submit by subcontractor.
• Assist in preparing final accounts upon project completion.

• Min Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying.
