Roles & Responsibilities
  • Prepare Bill of Quantities (for Tender), measurements, cost estimates, and pricing for tenders and project quotations.

  • Handle progress claims, variation orders (VO), and related documentation for ongoing projects.

  • Coordinate and attend meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to support project progress.

  • Certify and evaluate progress work done, includes contract administration for variations for both main contract and subcontract works.

  • Assist to finalise project accounts.

  • Evaluate and certify monthly subcontractor's claim.

  • Attend site meetings when required.

  • Responsible for related administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

  • Evaluation of tenders received, analysis & reporting.
