  • Preparingcostestimates,billsofquantities,andtenderdocumentsforconstructionprojects.
  • Monitoringongoingexpenses,identifyingpotentialsavings,andproducingprogressreportsforclientsandstakeholders.
  • Managingcontractsandprocurement,includingnegotiatingwithcontractorsandsupplierstoensurevalueformoney.
  • Conductingriskassessments,methodstatements,andcostvaluereconciliationstomaintainprojectefficiencyandsafety.
  • Liaisingwitharchitects,engineers,sitemanagers,contractors,andclientstocoordinateprojectactivitiesandensuresmoothexecution.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirement
  • 2 years of experience in technical Sales role
  • Preferably knowledge in semiconductor industry
  • Pay attention to detail and a high degree of confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
