Quantity Surveyor

JOB ROLES . Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation of tenders and projects. . Prepare for tender submission and follow-up with Tender Questionnaires reply and Interview. . Sourcing, evaluate and negotiation with specialists, suppliers and subcontractors. . Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner. . Finalize project accounts with clients and subcontractors. . Deal with significant contractual issues including extension of time, loss and expense claims, terms and conditions etc. . Analyze tender outcome and prepare detailed reports for review. . Aware and comply with relevant regulations such as Security of Payment Act (SOP), etc. . Ensure compliance with relevant ISO and company standards or objectives.
