Quantity Surveyor

Job Description: Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary Monitor the progress of claims and issuance of payment responses. Involved in project budget with various stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely assignment and submissions. Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, and preparation of final accounts Evaluation and certification of subcontractors progress payments Other quantity surveying-related duties Monitoring and submission of monthly Cash Flow and analysis. Job Requirements: Diploma/Degree Holders in Quantity Surveying At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in handling M&E or facility works. Good with Analytics and Numbers. Willing to learn and work under pressure Proficient in Microsoft Office 5 Days Work Week. Location: Ubi.
