Key Responsibilities
Prepare, manage, and control construction project costs, including budgets, estimates, and tender documents. Assist in preparing and evaluating tenders, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement regulations. Administer construction contracts, including reviewing and advising on contract terms, conditions, and variations. Prepare and analyze cost estimates, including quantifying materials, labor, and equipment requirements. Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and disputes related to construction projects. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications. Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and project delivery. Manage and negotiate changes to project scope, budget, and timeline.
