Job Description
Reviewing blueprints,calculating material quantities (taking-off), and preparing comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BQ) and tender submissions. Monitoring project budgets, managing cash flow, and ensuring expenses do not exceed the budget. Monitoring project budgets, managing cash flow, and ensuring expenses do not exceed the budget. Preparing progress claims, certifying payments to subcontractors, and managing variation orders. Working with project managers, clients, architects, and engineers to negotiate contracts and resolve contractual disputes. Drafting final account documents and reporting on project financial progress.
