Rail Track Maintainer (High Level)

Adecco is hiring a Rail Track Maintainer for a full‑time opportunity. This role involves physically demanding outdoor work, a strong focus on safety, and teamwork in changing weather conditions to maintain rail infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and replace rails, ties, switches, and ballast materials.
• Perform maintenance on track structure to ensure safety and operational standards are met.
• Remove and replace defective ties, spikes, rails, and anchors.
• Correct track surface, alignment, and gauge deviations.
• Install and repair railway crossings and assist with power-operated switches and insulated joints.
• Unload and distribute ballast and other track materials.
• Sort and organize used track materials for reuse or disposal.
