✔ Conduct research & trials for yarn/product improvement
✔ Analyze and improve spinning process efficiency & quality
✔ Develop innovative solutions for cost reduction & productivity enhancement
✔ Coordinate with production and quality teams for process optimization
✔ Monitor raw material performance and yarn characteristics
✔ Prepare R&D reports, testing records & technical documentation
