R&D-Process Development (DSP)

Key Responsibilities Planning & execution of downstream processing of plasma products. Running various chromatography steps and UF/DF for protein purification. Executing pilot scale batches to generate product for stability studies. Responsible for preparation of documentation like R & D BMR, TTD and other reports. Record keeping of raw data related to R & D experiments inclusive of lab and pilot scale. Responsible for implementation of new strategies for improving existing product. Calibration of equipment related to downstream processing. Scale-up of downstream process model. Qualifications M. Sc/ B. Tech / M. Tech Biotechnology, Life Sciences. 3- 5 Years of experience in R&D, Process Development, Downstream process. Knowledge of plasma , biologics, or specialty pharmaceuticals.
