R&D Production Assistant – Precision Mixing & QC

Jollibee Group is looking for a Production Assistant located in Danao, Cebu. The successful candidate will prepare, weigh, and mix key ingredients to ensure food safety compliance and quality standards. Responsibilities include producing coded key mixes, managing inventory, and maintaining clean production areas.

Qualifications include being at least a 2nd year college level or having a technical/vocational background, and being physically fit to lift up to 20 kg. Experience in Manufacturing or R&D is preferred but not required.
