Job Description
We are building a detailed real estate building database and need an experienced web data scraper to extract rich building information and organize it into our Excel template.
This is not basic property stats. We need deep building intelligence.
Scope of work:
For each building (name and address provided), you will research and scrape structured information including:
Building amenities (pools, gyms, concierge, parking, etc.)
Floor plans and unit layouts
Stack configurations (unit stacks and orientations when available)
Views and exposure (ocean, city, bay, etc. when documented)
Building descriptions and key features
Official brochures or developer materials when available
Links to source pages and documents
You will pull data from developer sites, condo/building portals, brochures, real estate sites, and other reliable public sources.
All data must be organized cleanly into our Excel template with consistent formatting.
