Collaborate with various internal and external partners to shape the Mobility Network's strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee real estate strategy and growth pipeline
• Lead lease negotiations and property acquisitions
• Manage contracts and network optimization decisions
• Direct Property Managers on compliance and operations
• Ensure performance alignment with Real Estate Partners
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10+ years in retail real estate, 5 in leadership
• Experience in site acquisitions and disposals
