Everise Philippines Ltd. is seeking a Workforce Management professional in Metro Manila. The role involves managing service-related escalations, monitoring real-time activities, and performing analysis for accurate reporting.

Candidates should have a minimum of 15 months WFM experience, be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment, and possess strong proficiency in MS Excel. Knowledge of workforce management software, particularly Verint, is an advantage.
