Job Description

Everise is looking for a Workforce Management, Real Time Analyst (RTA) in Pasig, Philippines. In this role, you'll act as the first point of contact for service-related escalations and monitor real-time floor activities to ensure adherence to operational plans.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 months experience in WFM RTA domain, proficiency in MS Excel, and strong analytical skills. If you have what it takes, we look forward to hearing from you!
