About the role
We are seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist Admin to join our team at Cheng Hoon Air Cond Engineering Sdn Bhd, based in Butterworth, Penang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our company.
What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and customers in a friendly and professional manner
Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
Providing general administrative support, such as filing, data entry check daily tools stock and coordinating meeting schedules
Assisting with other tasks as required to support the smooth running of the office
