Job Description

The Receptionist & Safety Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for employees, customers, visitors, and vendors at the Windsor branch while providing administrative and coordination support for the Company's health and safety programs. This role acts as the liaison between the Company's third-party safety consultant, internal Safety Director, branch management team, and field employees.

Reception & Administrative Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls.
  • Manage mail, couriers, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor access.
  • Support branch administration and filing activities.

Safety Administration & Coordination

  • Maintain training records, certifications, and safety documentation.
  • Coordinate training and renewals.
