Job: Receptionist (6-month Contract with possibility of extension) Location: Dublin 4 About the job We are looking for a professional Receptionist for our client in Dublin 4; this will be to manage the front desk and perform a variety of administrative tasks. You will be the first impression of the company, so a positive demeanour and excellent communication skills are essential. This role is for immediate start You responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors, determine their needs Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries; prepare outgoing mail and courier packages. Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate appointments or travel arrangements for staff.
