We are seeking a professional and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to support our financial services office. This role is the first point of contact for clients and visitors and plays a critical role in creating a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment. Key Responsibilities • Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly • Manage front desk operations, including sign-in procedures • Schedule appointments and manage calendar requests as needed • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries • Maintain a clean, organized reception area • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
