The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) is the statutory body responsible for regulating Ontario’s capital markets. We oversee policy, operations, and enforcement, protect investors, and promote fair and efficient markets. The Information Services and Digital Solutions (ISDS) division manages the product lifecycle of business solutions that support OSC functions.

The Records Analyst reports to the Manager, Records and Data Governance and supports the Records and Data Governance unit by ensuring compliance with record‑keeping obligations and managing the lifecycle of OSC information assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and process public records and data requests in compliance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) and OSC service standards.
