RECREATION ASSISTANT(GOLF COURSE)

Summary About the position: This position is a Flexible Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) position assigned to the Ft Eustis Golf Course on Joint Base Langley-Eustis VA - Ft Eustis location. Flex positions have no guaranteed hours but can work 0-40 hours per week. This position may be subject to holidays, nights, weekends and on-call work. Responsibilities Performs and/or assists in the operation and maintenance of the golf course pro shop, driving range, course starter, course marshal, cart rental, club storage and caddy activities. Provides patron guidance for selection of golf equipment and merchandise. Recommends appropriate level of golf instruction to interested patrons. Encourages patron interest in scheduled golf events and tournaments. Schedules tee times, golf clinics, lessons and tournaments.
