Responsibilities:

  • Develop partnerships with relevant institutions and associations.
  • Manage offers, feedback, and reporting for effective recruitment outcomes.

Minimum Requirements

  • 4+ years recruitment experience: Proficient in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Strong South African recruitment network knowledge.
  • Sales savvy in recruitment: Primary brand ambassador for the company.
  • Human Resource Degree or equivalent.
