**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Screen applicants based on defined scoring criteria (behavior, experience, background, communication style).
- Follow a structured daily schedule with defined productivity goals (number of interviews, talent added to database, etc.).
- Participate in continuous training.
- Pipeline and records maintenance as a core function of recruitment workflow.
**Qualifications**:
- 1+ year experience in sourcing or recruiting (remote recruiting preferred).
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Organized, coachable, and able to follow structured systems.
- Familiar with basic recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed,etc.).
- Comfortable working with performance metrics and daily tracking.
- Curious, reliable, fast learner, and highly organized.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recruiting standards.
