Recruiter – Talent Acquisition (Sudbury)

This is a permanent, Monday‑Friday position requiring relocation to Sudbury. The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle, partnering with Hiring Managers, sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for technical and non‑technical roles, leveraging technology and maintaining a strong focus on diversity.
• Source and attract high‑quality talent through multiple channels and established pipelines.
• Assess candidate motivation, fit, and qualifications through discovery calls, screenings, and interviews.
• Coordinate and conduct Behavioral/Technical interviews and support group selection processes.
• Manage candidate progression with clear communication, timely feedback, and a positive experience.
