Job Responsibilities

1. Candidate Sourcing & Marketing

  • Proactively source and attract top talent through targeted marketing and sourcing campaigns.
  • Implement strategic marketing plans to draw the best candidates from the market.
  • Write and manage advertising campaigns across various platforms including job boards, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn), company website, and email marketing (EDMs).
  • Develop and nurture relationships with candidates to build a strong talent network and generate referrals.
