  • Proactively build a strong talent community and pipeline of in-demand talent through personal and digital networking
  • Manage client orders, ensuring service level agreements are met or exceeded
  • Coordinate candidate placements
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates
  • Schedule, prepare for, and participate in job kickoff and interview preparation calls
