The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates for contingent, temp-to-perm, and direct hire opportunities. This role serves as a key point of contact between candidates, customers, and internal teams to ensure workforce needs are met efficiently while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining compliance with company standards and applicable employment laws.

The Recruiter will actively support recruiting operations through sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, workforce planning, onboarding coordination, and relationship management.
