Recruiting Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Assistant to support our staffing and hiring efforts. This role sits squarely within the Human Resources function, with a primary focus on recruiting, staffing operations, and candidate experience.

This role is ideal for students in their final year of college, professionals returning to the workforce, or early-career candidates looking to build a long-term career in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruiting and staffing activities across multiple roles
• Review, screen, and organize candidate resumes efficiently and accurately
• Communicate with candidates via email, LinkedIn, and phone
• Conduct timely and professional follow-ups throughout the hiring process
