Proper is seeking a Director of Recruiting & Onboarding Operations in Zárate, Argentina, to design and implement scalable recruiting and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate has 8–12+ years of experience and will improve the candidate experience, optimize HR systems, and develop performance metrics.
