Job Description

Source and screen applicants through online platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels

Conduct initial interviews and assessments of applicants

Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Prepare and monitor pre-employment requirements

Coordinate onboarding and orientation of newly hired employees

Maintain and update recruitment databases and employee records

Post job vacancies on different recruitment platforms

Provide regular updates regarding hiring status and recruitment progress

Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor
