Key Responsibilities Business Development (Primary Focus) Identify and develop new business opportunities in HR Outsourcing and recruitment services. Conduct market research, lead generation, and client engagement (meetings, proposals, follow-ups). Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring service quality and satisfaction. Collaborate with management to design business strategies and achieve revenue targets. Talent Acquisition (Secondary Focus) Support recruitment activities: job posting, sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding. Maintain a talent pipeline to meet client and internal hiring needs. Provide recruitment insights and reports to support business decisions. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with HR Ops, Payroll, and Compliance teams to align recruitment with client requirements.
