What you'll do

In this role, you'll support our recruiters throughout the entire recruitment process while helping to create an excellent candidate experience.

You will:

  • Support the recruitment process from A to Z together with our recruiters.
  • Source and approach potential candidates for open positions.
  • Screen candidates for junior-level roles and determine who moves forward in the process.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Conduct interviews for selected roles and support recruiters during hiring processes.
  • Prepare contracts and support onboarding administration to ensure new colleagues have a smooth start at TOPdesk.
  • Help maintain offer documentation, templates, and recruitment administration.
