The Recruitment Manager leads the end-to-end talent acquisition pipelines for corporate, technical, and regional operational branches. This leadership position sits within the Talent Acquisition department. Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Performance: Lead, mentor, and track the performance of the full-cycle recruitment team, ensuring strict adherence to Time-to-Hire and Cost-per-Hire service level agreements (SLAs).
