Overall Job Purpose

Responsible for sourcing qualified candidates for the company’s vacant job roles, identifying and selecting the right candidate best fit for the job.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment. Preferably experience in Construction Industry.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables.
  • Awareness of recruiting metrics and trends.
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.

GENERAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides support for the day-to-day operations of the Recruitment Team.
