We seek a dynamic Lead Ambassador at Red Barn Winery, part of the Iconic Wineries of British Columbia. This vital role involves motivating the ambassador team, supporting wine sales, and enhancing customer engagement while assisting the Guest Experience Manager. You will lead by example and create meaningful interactions that resonate with guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide top-notch hospitality at the tasting bar
• Inspire and guide the ambassador team on service
• Liaise with the Guest Experience Manager effectively
• Foster wine sales through engagement
• Manage reservations using winery systems
Requirements:
• Background in hospitality or wine service
• Experience with C7 and TOCK platforms
• Ability to drive sales and engage customers
• Leadership skills or supervisory experience
