Refinery Shutdown Project Lead

Descon is seeking a highly experienced Shutdown Manager based in Lahore, Pakistan. You will lead multidiscipline project teams for Shutdown and Retrofit projects, ensuring that all contractual obligations are fulfilled on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and have over 15 years of experience in plant maintenance, including managing teams of over 1000 personnel. Strong project management and risk assessment skills are essential.
