Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the region’s monthly ADO and new acquisition targets.
  • Lead, train, and manage the on-the-ground sales team to strengthen acquisition and retention performance.
  • Monitor sales performance, identify gaps, and execute immediate field solutions.
  • Develop and implement localized strategies to expand the seller base and increase orders.
  • Ensure alignment of regional efforts with overall company sales direction.
  • Provide clear reporting and actionable insights on region performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, partners, and stakeholders across the territory.

Requirements

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of related work experience
