Regional Design Manager (Senior Architect)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensures management directions and its goals has been communicated to the teams within the region assigned.
• Evaluates the performance of the teams within the region.
• Ensures the prepared plans, details and documents are all well checked and satisfies Regulatory Compliance and SM Standards. These drawings are either for: (1) Management Approval, (2) meetings, (3) coordination with different stakeholders (within internal or external relationships of the job scope), (4) basis for budget, estimates and bids, and (5) site implementation.
• Ensures specifications, material and color swatches, OSM checklist and budget, cost monitoring, Architectural blue prints, and all other needed documents for owner’s approval and/or site implementation are well checked/correct and compliant to SMEDD standards.
• Conducts/monitors/checks result of site inspections done by the teams within the assigned region.
