Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Operations

Design, iterate and standardize end-to-end sales processes to streamline business operations. Monitor and analyze core sales KPIs including sell-in volume, sell-through rate and inventory turnover on an ongoing basis. Collaborate closely with the supply chain team to align inventory allocation, mitigate stockout risks and ensure stable product availability to support frontline sales.

2. Merchandising & Product Operations

Lead full-cycle merchandising management, covering seasonal assortment planning, periodic buying cycle execution and scientific markdown strategy formulation, to maximize product sell-through efficiency and gross profit margin. Provide professional merchandising guidance and data-driven support to overseas subsidiaries and cooperative clients, assisting them in making accurate purchasing and inventory decisions.
