Job Description

BRIA is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to manage day-to-day operations across multiple long-term care facilities in Colombia. You will guide and lead administrators while ensuring the highest quality of care for residents and driving financial performance.

Preferred candidates will have at least 5 years of regional management experience and must possess or be eligible for licensure in Illinois. The position includes a range of benefits and a collaborative, team-oriented culture.
