Key Responsibility:

✔️ Build our Jakarta footprint from scratch, establishing high-growth desks across IT, Professional Services, and Consumer/Retail.

✔️ Full P&L responsibility. You’ll have the autonomy to drive revenue, manage margins, and forecast the future of the business.

✔️ Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of consultants and delivery specialists.

✔️ Report directly to our Managing Director in Malaysia, ensuring our local success aligns with regional excellence.
