Overview

We are looking for a Regional Projects Manager to lead the planning and delivery of major infrastructure, capex, and automation initiatives for Shopee’s logistics business. This role is responsible for driving cross-market execution of complex projects, establishing clear governance, and ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact. The ideal candidate is hands-on, structured, and outcome-driven — someone who can navigate ambiguity, resolve issues decisively, and align multiple stakeholders toward execution.
