Responsibilities

  • Executes repair of customer units and dealer stocks; monitors progress until completion
  • Accomplishes Service Report for assigned cases on a timely manner
  • Coordinates retrieval of defective warranty parts
  • Battery maintenance charging requirement
  • Basic assemble/disassemble of unit
  • Basic troubleshooting skills

Requirements

  • With at least 6 months experience (E‑bike experience is an advantage)
  • Willing to work on field
  • Can work under pressure
  • Can drive motorcycle (own motor is an advantage)
  • With driver’s license
