Job Title: Registered Nurse – Relief

Employment terms: Relief – hours may vary, evening and weekend hours can be expected

Salary range: $37.70 to $44.62 per hour, (along with 4% vacation pay and HOOPP pension plan, depending on eligibility)

Expected start date: As soon as possible

Reporting to: Manager, Primary Health Care or designate

Locations: Flemingdon Health Centre at 10 Gateway Blvd and Fairview site at 5 Fairview Drive, Health Access Thorncliffe Park (HATP) at 45 Overlea Blvd
