Deliver professional nursing care as a Registered Practical Nurse with AgeCare. Provide essential support to residents and collaborate with health care teams in a nurturing environment.
As a vital member of our nursing team, the Registered Practical Nurse plays a key role in ensuring the health and well-being of residents. You will guide Personal Support Workers while implementing care policies. Your nursing expertise will contribute to meaningful changes in residents' lives while collaborating with physicians and other health care partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement AgeCare policies with guidance from Registered Nurse
• Notify physicians of significant changes in resident status
• Collaborate with the health care team for resident care
